Jason Nuttall, CPA

Jason joined the practice in 2011 as Managing Partner and brings over 30 years of experience with local and regional CPA firms. Licensed in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island, he holds an accounting degree from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts and specializes in tax planning and preparation, with additional expertise in auditing and financial reporting for low-income housing and nonprofit organizations. Jason is a member of both the AICPA and MSCPA.

Jen joined Damiano Burk & Nuttall in 2023 as Office Manager and brings over 30 years of administrative and financial experience from her previous roles in commercial lending, office management, and healthcare administration. She handles day-to-day operations and also provides bookkeeping services to our clients.

She specializes in auditing and financial reporting for nonprofit organizations and affordable housing developments. Victoria is licensed in Massachusetts and earned her accounting degree from Bentley University.

Debi joined Damiano Burk & Nuttall in 2024 and brings over 25 years of experience in public accounting. She specializes in accounting and tax services for individuals, partnerships, corporations, LLCs, and trusts, and is proficient in QuickBooks. Debi holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bryant University and a Master’s in Professional Accountancy (MPAc) from Rhode Island College.

Matt began his accounting career in 2021 with a national public accounting firm, where he advanced to the role of senior associate. He joined Damiano Burk & Nuttall in 2025 and brings experience across a range of attest and assurance engagements. Matt has worked with clients in various industries, including nonprofit organizations, manufacturing and distribution, and construction, as well as on audits of employee benefit plans. He earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Bridgewater State University.

Since joining the firm in 2020 after graduating, Caitlin has grown in her role from staff accountant to supervisor at DBN. She consistently demonstrates initiative and a commitment to serving clients. In her current role, Caitlin provides guidance and support across audit and tax engagements, drawing on her experience to help both clients and team members succeed. She earned her accounting degree from Bryant University.

Fabian joined Damiano, Burk & Nuttall, P.C. as a full-time staff member in 2026, following an internship with the firm. Before joining DBN, he gained hands-on experience in nonprofit accounting, including financial reporting and audit support. Fabian holds a B.S. in Accounting with a minor in Data Analytics from Rhode Island College.
